Results Guarantee

With our results guarantee you don’t pay us any money until we produce!
If we are leasing your property for you, we do all the work up front and you don’t pay us until you get a qualified tenant and they move into your property. That means we aggressively market and show your property, screen the tenants, handle all of the paperwork and perform a move in inspection…all before we get paid anything.

For our property managed clients, there are no set up fees, no admin fees, and no transfer fees. We are only paid after your tenant pays their rent.

Our results guarantee ensures that you have the piece of mind of knowing we are working hard for you and you will not pay us until you get results.

Leasing Guarantee

You should never have to pay twice for us to find a new tenant for your property. Our leasing guarantee states that if a tenant does not fulfill at least 9 months of a lease term, we will find a you a new tenant for free.

The conditions for our Leasing Guarantee:

• We must have placed the tenants. This guarantee does not cover tenants we’ve taken over or inherited.
• The guarantee does not cover tenants who have to break lease due to military orders or transfers.
• It also doesn’t not cover any tenants who have abided by the lease terms by paying appropriate break lease fees.

21 Day Rental Guarantee

If we are unable to lease your home in 21 days or less we will give you TWO months of management free! This means we will WAIVE your first two months of management fees.

Our conditions for the 21 Day Guarantee:

• We must set the price.
• The home must be vacant.
• The home must be ready for tenants, The 21 days begin from the day the home is move in ready.
• Must allow approved pets (Maximum of 2)
• 21 Day Rental Guarantee is not offered to everyone. It must be a part your Property Management or Leasing Package and will be specifically included in your Property Management or Leasing Agreement.

Eviction Protection

If a tenant needs to be evicted for NON payment of rent our attorney will handle the eviction for free and we will pay any filing fees, server fees, lock change fees up to $1,500.00.

The conditions for our Eviction Protection Plan:

• We must have placed the tenants. This guarantee does not cover tenants we’ve taken over or inherited.
• The guarantee is only for evictions due to NON Payment of rent.
• We must be the Property Management company for the entire length of the tenancy.
• The Program does not cover lost rents, or damage to property.
• The Program does not cover the Owner for the Tenant’s Attorney fees, court ordered fines, damages or penalties.
• Our Eviction Protection plan is not offered to everyone. It must be a part your Property Management Package and will be specifically included in your Property Management Agreement.
